Please note the following when legalization documents:
- In order to be able to ascertain the legal validity of certain documents, some documents must be legalized and possibly verified. This proof of legal validity must not be older than six months. The document will be checked and see if any signatures, stamps or seals match Sudan records.
- Your document must be original and complete. If it refers to other documents or annexes, these must be included.
- You are not required to personally have the document legalized. Someone else may do it for you. It is not necessary to authorize that person to do so.
- The legalization of any Sudanese document is not approved unless it is notarized by the Sudanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs
- Dutch documents are not notarized unless they are notarized by the Dutch Foreign Ministry
- Pay the prescribed fees
