To obtain an entry visa to Sudan, the following documents must be prepared
- Entry permit from Ministry of Interior of Sudan , foreigners department ( Holders of diplomatic, special and official passports and United Nations passports are exempt from this requirement).
- Dutch citizens from Sudanese root must submit a copy of valid id of Sudanese sponsor living currently in Sudan.
- Fill out the visa application form below
- Passport valid for at least 6 months
- Attach 2 photographs with the visa application form
- For holders of diplomatic, private and official passports, a note from the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs or accredited representations in the Netherlands is attached
- It takes two to three weeks to obtain a visa
- The prescribed fees are paid by bank card
- Attach a copy of the initial reservation for the travel ticket
- Attach supporting documents to the application
Application for a tourist entry visa
- Fill out the visa application form
- Applying for a visa through Sudanese tourism companies approved by the Ministry of Tourism and Wildlife
- Apply through Dutch tourism companies or travel agencies that have a relationship with Sudanese tourism companies
Application for investment purpose
- A letter from the Dutch company, accompanied by a letter from the Sudanese company
- Submission of the visa through the Sudanese company through the Ministry of Interior
- It takes two to three weeks to obtain a visa
Application for NGOs entry visa
- Attach a valid registration certificate for the organization working in Sudan in the field of humanitarian aid
- A letter from the registered organization, through the Humanitarian Aid Commission in Sudan
