Power of attorney requirements

The valid Sudanese national identity card or valid Sudanese passport of the principal (the national number is not accepted in consular transactions as a document)
Valid sudanese national Identity Card or valid passport of the agent (the national number is not accepted in consular transactions as a document)
Bring two witnesses holding valid national identity cards or a valid Sudanese passport to sign (the national number is not accepted in consular transactions as a document)
If the subject matter of the power of attorney is related to land registration, the principal must submit a valid registration certificate in the name of the principal or the legal notification in the case of the heirs.
